RETURNS/EXCHANGES/SALES

Due to the nature of the items sold by Unique Crafted Creations LLC,  I currently do not accept returns and/or exchanges.   Cancellations on already place orders are not accepted.  If you have concerns with your order, please notify Unique Crafted Creations LLC at uniquecraftedllc@gmail.com as soon as possible so your order can be corrected. Please note that all pieces are uniquely crafted and no two products are identically the same.  All sale products are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.  If your product is damaged, upon proof your item may be replaced.

Sale taxes are collected and reflected upon check out.

SHIPPING

​

Standard domestic shipping to states in the U.S.  Shipping can take from 5 to 7 business days.

We currently use USPS Priority for shipping products.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note USPS is experiencing delays in shipping.

APPAREL

Larger sizes are available upon request.  There is an additional charge for larger apparel.  Please fill out a request form to order.

SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS

Special custom orders are accepted.   Please note that custom orders may take longer that the 5 to 7 business days to create and ship.  For products that can be customized, please allow an additional 2 days.  Please fill out an inquiry form for custom orders.

GIFTCARDS

Gift cards are now being offered.  The egift cards do not expire.
